In most cases anything over 300mg per ml will cause pip(post injection pain) due to the high concentration of the oil. The best  way to use high milligram oils is to mix them with other oils to dilute them. That’s why they’re beneficial in cycles where you’re pinning several compounds. I personally don’t like going over 400mg of test in most cases. I run it lower than other compounds, so when I run eq, mast and test I can pin less oil to get the same dosage of 400mg a week of test. it does have some serious pain if you inject it by itself. Sometimes I still get pip even when I dilute it with one ml of another compound. I recent finished my last bottle of test 400, I ran 240mg of it a week. .3ml diluted with npp and I still got a little soreness thw next day. Eventually you get used to it. 

Ive used apl quite a bit and the last order was around the time we all stopped hearing from him. I hope he’s ok as well. Stand up dude. But rest assured you can use the test, it’s accurately dosed. You just have to dilute it. There should be some info on high milligram oils on the forum post on here. There’s lots of info out there especially on this board.
