my order total was $451 and I was using coins to pay, but when ordering my coins I received less coins than i ordered. i received payment inquiry ticket from kalpa. i answered and informed them of the situation. i was told I would receive $33 discount to help if i make the payment i now have available ($424). So I did. Website said they only received $414. Then I received ticket saying I needed to pay remainder of balance to receive order. i haven't received a ticket response in a day now that they have over $400 of my money. Is this a normal situation when ordering from them?
