I have done a front load with Sustamed and Equimed for 10 days, with 250mg Sustamed and 250mg Equimed per day. Then after the frontload, I have done 5 weeks with 500mg Sustamed per week and 500mg Equimed per week.
I have also stacked Dianamed on a pyramidal basis, 20mg,40mg,40mg,60mg,40mg,20mg.
