Sustamed used always on a front load (1ml per day during 10 days), then 1ml twice per week. I have done also the same with the Equimed (1ml per day during 10 days), then 1ml twice per week (with Sustamed).
Testomed is used 1 time per week until 10 weeks-
Dianamed is used on a pyramidal basis in order to give me a good pump.
