I have to post one more time and ask "why the long shipping delays?". Hundreds of orders or we dropped the ball is not an explanation. My wife process over 20K+ orders per year by HERSELF and some weekends over 800 and she has a 99% one day handling record for the past four years. It is much easier and cost effective to keep a customer instead of always looking for new ones. As of right now I pretty dissatisfied with the customer experience. If this is going to be your standard turn around time in the future you need to make this clear from the start because what is stated through order communications is not the reality of what is happening. I find your lack of communication and participation on your A&D page a bit disrespectful and appears to be an attempt to invalidate the concerns.
