On my good days I'm 5'5"and a half. 183lbs bout 10% BF. If I go above 190lbs my left ankle begins to hurt even with Deca. I've broken that ankle 3x, heel once, and the bones that connects my heel to my ankle is fused together. Tall women love me though, and redheads, and black girls LOL. I love em all.

I'm using a little over 1 cc per day of the Andro blend (150 mg/mL). I'm convinced the dosage is spot on, and the gear quality is great. No mistaking the bit of tren cough I get - this is legit gear. I'm also using 750 mg EQ per week. There is no PIP, the oil is so clear and beautiful, and every bottle is filled to the brim. There is like 12 mL in each bottle, which is awesome since I'm running through the Andro blend pretty darn quick! Working legs every third day alternating hams and quads. Everything is really high reps and lots of sets. For example I start with 3 warm-up sets of 20 on leg extensions then 4 working sets of 15-20 pyramid loading. Then I do 4 sets of 20 seated leg curls to finish warming up my knees and hamstrings. Hack squats with your feet low and toes pointed out 4 sets of 20, leg press 3 warm-up sets then 4 working sets of 20, hanging hacks 4 sets of 12, squats 4 sets of 10,calf raises seated 4 sets 25 calf raises standing 4 sets 25, finish off with she's superset with sissy squats to failure.
