Hello guys, I just placed my first order with GBN but my order has been in customs since 2/12. So I ask should I be worried? The last update on my tracking was this message below

(The package is delayed and will not be delivered by the expected delivery date. An updated delivery date will be provided when available. Your item is being processed by United States Customs.)

Order was placed about 3 1/2 weeks ago. Is this a normal delay? Thanks guys any response would be helpful.
