UNRELIABLE...UNPROFESSIONAL...UNFAIR...LIAR

Here are the facts:

I have been using Hygetropin blacktop for a while and I am satisfied with the product. As my stocks were dropping down I decided to buy new kits to top up my stash. I have been buying from Uk sources as I live in Eu and do not want customs issue. This time I made the decision to contact official website to ask a few questions about prices, shipping options as I wanted to buy a bulk order. I emailed them and wrote down my inquiries pointing out that i needed a source that would have shipped from EU to get through customs easily. They replied promptly and gave me answers on prices and shipping options telling me that they have different locations worldwide so that they were able to ship from EU safely .We had to negociate price and shipping fee as they sold only wholesale and I was a retailer. Minimun order was 25 kits. I used my savings and I placed order.

I sent money as discussed and waited to get news about the shipment. Ten days went by and I got tracking. That's where problems started. I discovered that they have shipped from China and not from Eu as arranged. They cheated. I was so nervous because I knew that in my country customs is so strict that package would have been seized with high probability. That's what happened once it got to my country. Being sent from China it was held in customs to be verified as I had supposed. I wrote them immediately to ask explanations about they unfair behaviour. They reassured me that a new package would have been released to a new address. They would have taken care of my issue. False. Afterward They stopped replying to my several emails and dissapeared.

Now I have 25 kits seized and 3000 euro lost. I am not speaking of an Unknown source but I am speaking out of Hygetropin official website.

What a fucking mess!. I am so angry with them. They lied, juggled and deceived me only to grab my money. Never thought they would have been so infamous.
