I am using 400 mgs. of test, 200 mgs. of deca a week, and clen once a day. I have had good increases in strength, muscle size, some weight gain, but still lean and vascular. No side effects at all. My diet is very clean and controlled. I believe I can only expect better and faster gains in the future.
