This product is a must for anyone wanting to either bulk up lean, hard gains. Or, in my case, maintain and even increase muscle mass while decreasing body fat. The results are phenomenal. Vascularity is at an all time high and my muscle mass has hardened and even slightly increased despite being in enough of a calorie deficit to lose significant body fat
