Great strength increases, size has exploded and love life is to the moon, I have not encountered any acne or rage effect. But I make sure to hit the gym 2 times a day and take one day off a week. At first I wasn't expecting much but after a week on I started to reall notice a huge difference in my workouts and my ambition to go to the gym skyrocketed to the point where I never wanted to leave. Great gear super impressed
