I placed two orders with Mr.T. The first initial order didn't arrive within the 5-7 business time frame, so I emailed Mr. T. I was worried that I just got scammed but to my surprise, Mr. T emailed me back, explained that the order got lost in transit and he would ship it again. He even offered me a big discount on my next order because of the inconvenience. Hey, I was just happy that he responded to my email. The initial order did arrive a few days later so I placed a second order. The second order took about 10 business days to arrive but I was cool with that because even though it was taking some time to arrive, at least Mr. T was continuing to communicate with me letting me know that it's on it's way. I'm looking at this source this way, if his customer service is this good, he's not a fly by night source. I'm counting on his product to be as good (or better) as his customer service!
