For the women:
I am female (50) and been lifting weights for 21 years, I’d class myself a seasoned bodybuilder.
After a long term injury I returned to gym on the following cycle to gain muscle and increase size.
Week 1 & 2: Turinabol 10mg daily, Primo 100mg/week.
Week 3 & 4: Turinabol 10mg daily, Winstrol 10mg daily, Primo 100mg/week
Week 4 results and performance were becoming noticeable. Strength was gradually increasing, muscle definition beginning to show.
Week 5 -10: Turinabol 25mg daily, Winstrol 20mg daily, Primo 150mg/week
Week 11-12: Turinabol 10mg daily, Winstrol 10mg daily.
Gains have been fantastic, body weight went from 79kg - 91kg. Not cutting as yet.
Strength has definitely increased, eg leg press up from 250kg to 360kg. I usually aim for 420kg when I’m top form.
Side Effects: Oily skin and occasional painful spot usually where my bra strap sits. No unwanted hair growth or virilization. Note! I know my body and what my limits are.
