You are at the mercy of the postal service, its typically not the source that cause this, but the shipper/packer or just it sitting in a bin in the country of export waiting to get on a plane. This could take a week of it just hanging at an airport. PM OS here through MG or open a ticket on his site, he will let you know what he can, but transit times from an int source are always a crap-shoot.
