I've recently injured a tendon and a shoulder injury, and I'm trying to speed up the recovery so this order is primary for recovery purposes. The BPC-157 has definitely helped with the pace of the regrowth of my damaged tendon. I've been using it daily for 2 months. Upon starting the BCP-157 it began healing shortly after. I notice significantly less pain, and it seems to be regrowing. I'd recommend BCP-157 to anyone with tendon injuries. I used dose of 1mg per day, injected directly into the affected area. The TB-500 compared to the BCP-157 I'm not sure it helped much. TB-500 I just think it's not particularly effective for the injury I had. I do believe it reduce inflammation, when used at 1mg per week, but didn't do much to speed up the tendon regrowth. To be fair, anti-inflammatory action is probably all I should have been expecting from it. I used their TB-500 before to heal a wrist injury. I dosed it @ 2-4mg per day for 2 months. It was very helpfull and very effective for this type of injury.
