Ok. I have to hand it to RB. In the midst of all the bs he is dealing with having customers gripe about late packs and suspicious behavior only makes matters worse. I was one of those gripers and I am here now to apologize. I got caught up in the moment and let emotion get the better of reason. I deal with similar situations in my business and as the General Manager it is my phone and email that blow up with crap from clients who have no idea how hard I am working behind the scenes to make things work and take responsibility for and solve problems that weren't caused by me. Sorta makes ya feel depressed and abused to be doing so much for someone who doesn't see it and doesn't appreciate it. So that being said I wanna offer my apology to RB and acknowledge that he is going above and beyond to remedy issues that were out of his control. We , me included, sometimes forget all the steps our packages have to go through to get to our door, most of them being after it has left the shippers hands. Yet it is the shipper who gets blamed for every issue. RB has done me right and taken care of my minor issues like a rock star! He has also accomplished the holy grail of customer service in turning a bitchy customer into a happy, loyal customer. Awesome job RB. Thank you for all you do to keep us doing what we do.
