didn't see you asked here in A&D as well. Answered you in the order ticket, but that gives me at least now a chance to explain also here:
Re. our 30+30+10 Discount Promo:
The final 10% discount on items with 10+ ordered pieces, we deduct the 10% discount manually form the final order value.
As explained in the order ticket, in our 30+30+10 Promo, the prices in the website are already deducted with a 30% Discount. Then with the RB30+30 coupon you get an additional second 30% discount on the order value while applying the coupon in your shopping card. And the final 10% discount we deduct manually.
Now, as you placed your order, we deducted the 10% from your order value, as you know ... and thanks you already placed the payment accordingly.
