What's good guys??? I'm just getting serious at 45!!! A little back story!!! 3 yrs ago I was 300lbs of fat disastrous sloppiness!!! I've cut down to 235 lbs at 18% body fat using test e all the way through, off cycling once in a while and doing blood work!!! I'm now a very passionate bodybuilder at 45 and I go freakin nuts in the gym bringing heavy weight to failure while using intensifiers to add to the training!!! I'm now bumping it up, way up!!! I'm giving myself a year completely documented and measured gains to see how much growth I can get while staying around 245, I'm 6'3" tall so that's not completely monstrous, but we shall see!!! Any advice on any aspect of this would be great!!! I grew so passionate about this that I studied personal training with NASM and passed, starting to train clients as we speak!!! No bullshit, this is my life, my passion, and my solitude!!! Much respect to the effort taken to change our bodies and do what we do, WORK!!! thanks for reading in my friends!!!
