Haha... I just had someone tell me it's worse.

My exact words were

"It can't be worse than mk677, that's the worst thing I've ever had in my mouth... And I eat ass on the first date"

He said... He thinks he prefers the mk.

I still have a whole 50ml bottle of mk... I love how hungry it makes me... But it's fucking terrible. Think I'll save it for this winter bulk

Lmfao!! Diff brands maybe I usl universal labs for liquid oral, pro performance for oral pills and most my injectables. Sometimes centrino labs when those aren't available. But nah mk foul af

Red light therapy helps stop breakouts. I bought a red light panel and it seems to stop zits entirely.

Ok... about 6 days ago I started breaking out on my shoulders and chest. Is it from the tren, or just because I'm prone to acne breakouts... I don't know.
But my girl bought me this acne wash called "CETAPHIL" and holy fucking shit!
Now you guys know me... I'm not trying to sell you anything.. I don't work for this company.. I'm just sharing my experience since we all seem to struggle with acne now and again. I've only been using it for 3 days. I've had no new zits since I started to use it, and as you can see they are going away very quickly.
These pictures were taken 3 days apart.
Again... my camera isn't the best so you're not seeing probably a good 30% of what's actually there. But as you can clearly see in just 3 days it stopped my breakout and reversed it. I'll post again in 3 days to see how its working.
She said it only cost $10 bucks

This is good news brother... unfortunately probably due to weather and humidity, cetaphil does not work for me in Malaysia..
But consuming Safi once a day does help me a lot by clearing my pimple away, this is a product of India not sure if you can get it in the west -

india has alot of good things, so who knows it might work. i know they have good anadrol.
Trust me... many of their supplements and herbs are really good stuff... Liv 52 DS is one of them and it is cost effective too :)
Safi is also another good one when it comes to acne caused by gear.. not sure if you can get it in US / Europe, I am sure there are people importing such good stuff into the market :)

I totally get the acne struggle; it can be a real confidence buster. There are various acne treatments out there, from topical creams to oral medications. But what's essential is finding what works best for your skin type, as it can vary from person to person. Have you considered consulting a dermatologist?

They can provide personalized advice and may even recommend treatments like Melasma treatment if it's suitable for your specific condition. They'll help you navigate the options and guide you towards clearer, healthier skin.

I think most people don't have the money or insurance for a dermatologist.
A lot of the time acne is a result of dehydration.
So adding more water, a good acne wash like Cetaphil and even silk pillow cases and bed sheets. They are antimicrobial.
If all else fails accutane!!

You're absolutely right; not everyone can afford a dermatologist. It can be a real challenge. Hydration plays a big role in skin health, and those tips you mentioned are spot on – drinking more water, using a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil, and switching to silk pillowcases can help.

Cetaphil is best for a reason my cousin had the the same acne problem she also used this and she is now totally free from acne
