Actually... Fuckin kinda. But my diet has been suffering. I feel great, training hard. But eating during the summer is so fuckin hard.
But I officially ended my blast. So time to cruise for a while. I have a feeling my weight is going to go up... I'm hungry on a lower dose and cooler weather coming around the corner...

it could be due to tren. no joke. lots of people experience a lack of hunger while using tren and their appetite suffers while on tren. that's why many do not use it when trying to bulk at all.

Yeah this winter I think I'm going to go back to basics and keep it simple.
There's 3 ideas I'm tossing around
Option 1. 500 test, 400 eq, 25mg mk677
Option 2. 500 test 400 mast, 25mg mk677
Option 3. 500 test 25mg mk677

The reason for option 1 is... I have a shit ton of EQ I need to use up.
The reason for option 2 is... I just fuckin love mast.
And option 3... Trying to keeps it as simple as possible.

Old me would have ran 750 test, 400-500eq, 300-400 mast and 25mg of Mk... And probably some tren 😁.
But this winter I just want to focus on my food intake.
Last time I think I suffered because I went with the kitchen sink method which started good until my inactivity and then vitamin d deficiency took a toll.
So this time, I want to rely on the mk that I know makes me hungry and a healthy dose of vitamin D so that doesn't happen again.
