    Thanks For respomnding. Height 6' 8" (202cm) Weight 110kg (243lb) BF 20% I workout about 2-3 times per week due to pain mix of resistance and cardio I have a solid diet of 3000-3500 calories per day mon-fri and weekends I am more relaxed
