Didn't get my PR. Just did 267 again, definitely made it look better. But 275 isn't going to happen for a bit.
Still got a great workout in, my girl put up 137lb (a 10lb PR)
And today I hit 210lb on the scale.
Shaved everything but my legs last night

Ppl don't bother pointing out your helmet anymore?
Honestly?
Mostly you, always my girl and 2 of her friends on my Facebook.
Every time I take a picture I do my best to hide it or adjust out of the way. But it's always visible... even in jeans. Then go to her for pre-approval before going on Facebook or tick tock....They don't always get approved 😂🤣.

New deadlift PR. Wasn't even planning on it, just felt strong.
Old PR was 407lb.
First clip was 417lb, second 437lb. And that one definitely felt heavy 😁
New total 1,047lbs

Right now
750 test
500 EQ
300 mast
3ius hgh
And I've been eating between 3000-3500 calories every day.
Sitting around 210lbs.
And yeah scheduled deadlifts with my girl and brother. The weight just felt super light All the way up. I worked up to a heavy triple of 377lb and it just felt... Easy.
So I figured let's go for a PR.
Repeated 407 and it just flew up.
417 felt heavy but knew I had more.
Made a 20lb jump to 437 and that one I had to work for.
Honestly it I structured it better and actually planned on a PR I probably could have gotten more. I definitely think I'm capable of 450+
But I put my ego in check and walked away with a 30lb PR.
Maybe in another 2 weeks or so I'll go for another one.

smart move if you ask me
Yeah I found with the big 3 lifts, deadlift is the one I really have to watch my ego with.
With bench I know exactly where my max is, squat I have a pretty good idea... But deadlift I don't know. And I know my dumbass will get carried away throw form out the window just to get it up.

New squat rack!
Wall mounted was a bust... Fuckin missing pieces and all that.
So I got this York rack of Facebook. Ended up getting a better name brand and quality for a few hundred less. It's a win

awesome. congrats. the ones that do not look new are always the ones that make you feel better when working. lol.
Yeah when the weather gets nicer I'll take it all apart sand it and repaint it.
It's crazy how it's like 60lbs heavier than the wall mounted one.. has less parts but almost twice as heavy. Definitely a thicker gauge steel

Best bicep and shoulder workout of my life!
Thanks @Demi.Human for the idea and structure of it.
Had to actively stop my hands from shaking to get a decent picture

New squat PR
353lb. It still felt kinda easy... I know I have a lot more. Just trying to be smart and take small jumps. I realized after I needed to drop the rack one notch lower and really didn't feel like redoing everything...
Plus I really don't want to get hurt. So
I'm happy taking small jumps for now.
But I have 2 spotters now so that adds a whole extra layer of confidence... Plus the new rack is fuckin sweet. My old rack weighs a total of 30lbs... 2 individual 15lb stands. After using this 140lb 11G Steele York rack my old one feels like it's made out of aluminum foil. I can't believe I put over 300lbs on it. Looking back that was not smart.
Also found a 7ft standard barbell rated for 350lbs. Going to get that and make that my new squat bar and use my current 7ft 300lb rated one as my benching bar. Probably keep my cheap 5ft... No idea what the rating is for my deadlift bar. If I'm going to bend one .. I'll bend the $15 one from Craigslist.
Even though I've put 437lb on it and it's still straight.

My brother is trying his maxes out. .so far 127lb bench, 177lb squat and Wednesday he'll be going for deadlift.
He wants to hit 160lb bodyweight by his birthday (141lbs now) a 150lb bench, 225lb squat and double bodyweight deadlift. I think it's possible... Even without the 💉😉
