Gaining too much size is never a real problem. No one accidentally gets huge and becomes a ifbb pro.
But doubling your trt dose for 16-20 weeks is a great place to start. If you want a little extra boost you can try anavar or mast.
I really like mast, keeps your est under control and increasing your libido.
But gaining, cutting... That's all done in the kitchen brother.
Certain gear can definitely help bulk or cut.... But the truth is you have to eat a certain way to look a certain way.
250-300g of protein every day, 3000-4000 calories every day, low fat and low sugar (not 0, just low) and try to drink as close to a gallon of water every day as you can.
Don't worry about carbs.
The best way to get your results is eating every 3 hours or splitting the 3,500cals and 300g of protein between the 5 meals.
So 5 meals of 700 cals is a good place to start.
Eating this many times a day will not only put size on you, but jump start your metabolism. Within 2 weeks of this you will be hungry every 2 hours, gaining muscle and melting fat off of you.
I know 5 meals a day sounds like a lot. But one can be a shake and the other a healthy protein based snack before bed.

I wish I could get too big... Been trying for 4 years... Still a skinny bitch 😂🤣😂

we're all here dreaming about gaining too much size "accidentally" but it has not ever happened to anyone. lol. about clean gains - it depends on your diet more than the steroids you use. A bit of extra testosterone + something like Anavar or Dbol (as an oral) or a low dose of Deca or EQ (as injectable) can help reach your goals.
