Sitting on label created for over a week and not responding to support tickets. Guess we're playing the waiting game with this one, order at your own risk.
There is no risk ordering from us, because nobody ever got scammed. Please abstain from writing something you're unsure about. Please be patient when it comes to responding to support tickets, because we can't answer them right away. The label created for over a week could require some attention, but not from our end (something we can't control). Again, your patience is highly appreciated, but please do not write deceiving information.
Seems like the common theme for irondaddy is random extreme slow shipping times which they don't respond to tickets so everyone freaks out
All tickets are answered in 24-48 hours. Nobody freaks out as long as your patiently waiting for a response after opening a ticket.
I'll just order elsewhere next time.
It is up to you. But please do not write deceiving information.
They're probably just hammered with orders and have two people in a basement processing everything.
Orders are processed by each manufacturer individually.
Support responded, I'll update if the tracking updates / is received.
As long as you've made a payment, your order will be received.

I never said you are a scammer and tbh I'm hoping you aren't for my own sake. The frustration is in odd shipping behavior and lack of being upfront about issues that no other online shop has. It's one thing if the order is processing forever or a legitimate issue with the carrier. Though for a common theme of packages just sitting with label created for a week or more is just odd and just asking for people to complain publicly. Out of all the things to go wrong with running a online business this just seems like the easier one to get right.

I want irondaddy to be the place to go, just make it right :).

I'm now officially on day 10 of zero movement with my order, and status is still processing. I've voiced my concerns thru the portal with tickets which tend to get deleted instead of addressed. The only time I see movement is when these facts are voiced on this forum. Granted, this might not be the platform for it, but if this is the only form of communication which is successful than so be it. I've been patient, and the message I continue to receive is to be more patient. This is now a legitimate concern. Again, please do what is necessary to make this right so we can move forward. If there are further delays I should expect, tell me that and be upfront as we are past the 48 hour threshold which was previously advertised.
