I'm now officially on day 10 of zero movement with my order, and status is still processing. I've voiced my concerns thru the portal with tickets which tend to get deleted instead of addressed. The only time I see movement is when these facts are voiced on this forum. Granted, this might not be the platform for it, but if this is the only form of communication which is successful than so be it. I've been patient, and the message I continue to receive is to be more patient. This is now a legitimate concern. Again, please do what is necessary to make this right so we can move forward. If there are further delays I should expect, tell me that and be upfront as we are past the 48 hour threshold which was previously advertised.
