My advice is to get blood work done before starting a cycle. For beginners, 8 to 10 mg a day of winny with 200mg test per week, then upping the test to 300 mg per week. Have nolvadex for pct. Also, a liver protectant

Proviron is a testosterone booster. It helps with man boobs because it helps reduce estrogen. 40 to 80 mgs per day was a good dosage fer me. I know it can cause cholesterol problems if that is an issue. I used pct after the cycle, too.
