Also been doing lunges with 225 on the bar and thay shit helps obliques and core soooo much I don’t suggest you try 225 but 135 maybe less would work good for you shits a leg workout on another level
All I know is after chest day I can put my fingers in between my pecs and they come past my knuckle but still have trouble getting the fullness my delts are fuckn huge so I look like I always got shoulder pads on
