Is .5mg two times a week(day after injection) good enough for 400mg or will that crash my estrogen?

Hey guys m, new to the forum. I was wondering if running 400mg a week for 15 weeks is a good cycle(first one) or should I bump it up to 500mg? Many people told me to start low but all the forums say 500mg. Im 31 years old. Thanks
