Hi Dolf, there was an article by Anthony Roberts which stated that Arimidex & Letro suffered reduced effectiveness when used with Nolvadex. In other words, Nolvadex will greatly decrease the blood plasma levels of them (*). That is why Arimidex/Letro if not often used in PCT as Aromasin is. Adex/Letro is commonly used on-cycle while Aro can be used both on-cycle and off-cycle. Nolva does not alter the pharmacokinetics of Aro but does alter it for Adex or Letro. Thus, many people are using a Nolva/Aro combo for PCT which is more effective at raising natty test levels than Nolva/Clomid is.

Does anyone agree or disagree with this? What are your thoughts?

I've already posted a thread on this subject. If you combine nol a with adex you have to raise your dosage of adex. However the combo works well for gyno because the ai binds with the aromatase and the nolva prevents the receptors (mainly breast tissue receptors) from taking in the aromatase enzyme. Just used this method myself with adex/nolva combo for a bout with gyno and it worked well. I uped my adex from .5 ed to 1 ed and 20 mg nolva per day. As far as using an ai for pct or killing e2 while off cycle I don't do it and wouldn't recommend anyone doing so either.

just working out dates ,start twelve weeks, two week break, then pct 4 weeks ect and forgot to ask do i keep taking aro in the two week after last pin right up to start of pct many thanks.

Haha thanks for that,not sure about that ,i wouldnt want to fall flat on my face with some of the bodies that will be on show

Its not like that. Its who made the best progress or biggest change from start to finish. No shame at all. It'll provide a little extra motivation to reach your goals too. Its not who has the best physical appearance, but made the most drastic change.

Once agion very good cycle and research ,llooking forward to hearing your gains , one thing LOGS , I didnt hear logs mention always keep a log book , to benefit you and eventually others , good luck sieg

What seig said, keep a log and do 500 a week.  I do mon. Thur. But you can do what days you want.  And pct in my opinion is the most important part.  You do it wrong you could lose everything that you worked hard to get.  Good luck bro.

I write everything down and will post my log up ,ive taken everything on board with advice and will be doing the 400mg per week split aromasin 12.5 eod ,wait two weeks after 12 week cycle go into pct nova 40/40/20/20,clomid 100/100/50/50 looking forward ,even if the mrs not that happy,but like ive told her women get hrt and men need it also trt ,very interesting read on another post about estrogen in ageing men.

Just did my 1st pin well mrs did,was nervous ,zero pip my only concern was my mrs right at end of injection said so much pressure syringe popped off needle ,she said it was almost nothing left in it when did it

I use luer lock syringes. The needle screws into the syringe. What size pin did you use? Possibly to fast on a small guage caused it? Idk

I used 25 gauge didnt feel a thing ,mrs rushing prob,il make sure slow next time and if happens again will get screw type,cheers gents

What Dolf and sieg  said... I use luer lock as well.. just make sure its screwed in nice and snug... In my opinion brother u wont feel pip after injection... it might get sore tomorrow and last a few days. not bad.. just like u got punched in the arm..... ur off and running brother... keep a log.. make sure in that log u write where u pinned... sometimes u might forget.. shit I keep as much info as possible....
