I put up pics of week 5..... can't believe the difference in week 4 and 5 alone. Just one week can make that big of difference. Wow

That's the best part man, when your body all of a sudden seems like it's on a bullet train headed straight for Swoleville! Weeks 5-8 or so should be your sweet spot, at least thats what I usually find, so you should have a great next couple or weeks ahead of you! How's your strength? Keep us posted Broski!

I have noticed a little increase but nothing to drastic. I'm up like maybe 40 lbs more than what I started with 5 weeks ago.  but let me tell you... I'm a beast in the gym lol. when I leave I can barely move.
