Advice on next cycle

Hello il try to make this fairly short .

I have finished my current cycle and am on a cruise for the next 3 weeks im preparation to start my next blast of SUST 300 / deca and tren however I and very susceptible to ance and gyno the acne isn't an issue and somthing I am able to deal with but I have been advised to try and run proviron along with everything to stop the gyno .

Would you advise this or would taking another form of AI during my cycle to keep it under control ?

Proviron can help reduce estrogen so you could add it. But it's not an actual aromatase inhibitor so you could have some actual AI in case proviron fails

Be careful running two 19-nor steroids together (deca/tren) especially if you are prone to gyno. They will both raise your prolactin and could cause some issues. Most definitely will want yo have caber on hand.

that's a common dosage, but it varies. For some 0.25 mg a week might still be enough.

Yea like hgh said dosage is very individual, start lower and raise it if needed. 0.5mg a week is usually where I run it.
