    I am wanting to start a test/deca cycle asap to put on as much mass as I can throughout the rest of winter. What pct should I use? And do u suggest an anti estrogen? Also if u could give me any hints on good USA shippers it would be awesome I’m in East Tennessee.

    Hey I followed your advice for first cycle with good results. Thank you for that! I'm ending the test cycle this week and starting the PCT. What is suggested for the second cycle?
    Also I'm assuming to not be feeling good after test leaves my system? Do I just deal with it or is there something else I can take? I've really enjoyed feeling good and dread going back to the way I was. Thanks again for your help!

    Thank you for the reply. I'm 6'1 250 pounds. 400 mg of testC per week was right on. Body fat has been trending down. BF% was 33% and is now 23% so more trimming is desirable. Energy, attitude and sex drive have been much improved. Diet is probably 80% good. Maybe I just stay on the test and hgh unless there's something faster for stubborn fat loss? Should I cycle off the hgh this week as well?

    You can stay on test, but it requires you to run injections for your entire life and you'll also need to lower the dosage of Test every once in a while.
    No, you can use HGH for longer than Test C (pretty much until PCT ends) assuming you used Test C 400 mg/week for 10-12 weeks.

    I’m currently taking TRT at 100mg a week… would adding something mild like anavar help with fat loss and maintenance of my current size?

    Anavar is a helpful steroid for fat loss and maintenance, but it's mostly your diet and workout plan. You could try adding a low dose anavar to see how it goes, or you could increase testosterone dosage (above the TRT). But in whatever case, you've got to watch out for diet and exercise.

    I have tried all sorts of gear & stacks to shed unwanted fat off. They worked to some extent, but when I got really serious about my diet & eating habits that’s when I could really see the magic happen. A good diet along with just some test goes along way.

    Hey you have me a good tip for my first cycle I was reading into anavar tho and it says it's great for burning fat would it make a difference to add it to my test E cycle...or would a winstrol cycle with anavar be better I'm new to this stuff so I just want to make sure my first cycle is good I want to be cutting fat the first cycle and get leaner while building muscle

    I would recommend keeping your first cycle Test E alone. This is the safest way to go. You cut fat and get leaner while building muscles when you're eating right and working out properly. Testosterone solo would greatly help with this goal. I wouldn't recommend Winstrol + Anavar together.
