Hi Jay , when my sock line gets puffy I take some adex to keep it down. When you stop the water should disappear pretty quick. When I come off I loose about 10 lbs in 2 weeks. Also I would just do a testosterone and eat when you are hungry and the fat will fall off pretty quick.
Bobby Ricky, u say eat when I'm hungry. Sounds like u been through something similar. But when u have put on the water retention, and the extra body fat isn't the point then more then ever to create burning off more calories then I would take in if u just wanted to eat all time?

Yeah, I'm 44 , 5'9, now I'm at 188 ( was at 167) pre cycle. Not sure on the body fat though.
I want to keep going until I have the defined chopped in look. I want that over a buncha mass.
That's why I went with the Masteron this last order but - that's all kinda on hold while my liver heals up.
Wish I woulda found out bout this before I started in first place. U guys seem to know your shit.

We all want it yesterday Jay but it’s a marathon not a sprint. Just trust me and go to one shot of test 250 migs per week or a little less and u can split that if u want to and nothing else for now . Let some of that water go away so u can see what u really have in muscle. Eat good and clean. Don’t eat until your stomach tells u it’s hungry and the fat will start to disappear. If you can’t see your top abs just keep on doing this until you can. You won’t aromatize as much with lower body fat. Keep working to reach your goal.
And u need to work very hard. More gear is not the answer my brother. After four weeks of this get your blood work done. This will give your body some time to normalize before your blood work. And just stay on testosterone only.
I’m looking great on 300 test and 150 deca in one shot per week and that’s it. I don’t believe I’ll ever go higher than that because I’ve learned to torture my muscles to make them grow. Learn how to be the hardest working mother fucker in the room. Work pays and it pays very good. People want the gear to do all the work and if you torture your body it will respond favorably without much gear and less stress on your internals.
If you want to be cut up that happens in the kitchen. You can’t out train a bad diet because I’ve tried and it doesn’t ever work. Your muscle will not waste away since u will have test in your system. I’m going on my forth year and I’m currently cutting down and loving all the female attention and u will get there just not now. 2 years from now you will have a physique and not just a body. Being the last guy to take his shirt off at the pool and all the other guy’s want to put their shirt back on is a great thing. In time brother with lots of work and some gear. Don’t quit or think u need more gear.

Lemme ask, is there one kinda test that's better for my needs then another? I've heard test decanoate is the b all do all of tests, but I jus don't know.
And I was goin to your muscleshop but I wanna know if there's a better place ? Maybe I'm not supposed to ask that on here if so then my bad I won't do it again, it's just their tiny selection n of course every single item tour forced to pay a lot more for express.
There's just so many places online and I know they don't all require that whole Bitcoin conversation.
And dieting?
I eat lotta steaks , sweet potato, yams , vegetables, make kale spinach smoothies n throw aminos n fruit n yogurt n such in them but I spite of eating like this lately I still packed on the weight. I will take ur advice n cut down to just the test once week n lose the mast.

This is golden advice, I thought forced feeding yourself was the key but no, you'll put a lot of fat, I know, also not eating enough thinking I'll get fat, just made me waste gear. Eating when your stomach tell you is the key man, I followed this advice and I've made a lot of gainz with minimal fat.

To be honest if I was you I would drop down to 150 to 175mg a week of testosterone. Give it 6 week and have bloods checked. You will be surprised what you can do on trt.
I’m sitting just above high normal free testosterone and just dropped my trt down from 125mg every 5 days to every 7 days. Week one and I’m feeling great.
I have young ladies at Muay Thai looking to me for advice and wanting to train with me.
It seems ladies appreciate a 50 year old that’s fit.

So stop playing with your health and drop to trt until you learn more.

If you are willing to just stop taking all steroids as of today then go for it. You haven’t even had bloods to get levels before you started.
I personally always had morning wood and my testosterone level was under low normal. So as far as that goes it’s different for everyone.
Staying on a trt dose until you get your shit sorted will be better than stopping everything and better than continuing to blast.
