Hello Miss. rose and welcome. Yes of course females are welcome in our community in fact we encourage members to have their ladies/significant others join in and converse. We have had a few female members that are active from time to time but lack of other female presence may be keeping them from chiming in. We hope to see an increase in female activity and hope you find Musclegurus to be a comfortable atmosphere for you. Site suggestions are always welcome.

Female are a valuable asset. Many of the men on these boards know how to take care of themselves but cant help their wives or girlfriends. A womans section is always a valuable resource .  Not to mention its just nice to have varying perspectives in any convo.
