Arimidex capsules??

Question has anybody used 1mg arimidex capsules and if so how do u split dosages up? I have started taking 1mg capsule e3ds is this ok or is it too much? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Depends on you and your cyc , now I just ran a test/DECA cyc but test @500 w DECA@250 and I'm on .5 eod so I'd say your rite in the ball park because , your getting 1mg ETD I had  1 mg e4d but maybe your dose is a little higher .  but to split what I do is open them split put powder in a piece of napkin (small) paper and take ,pit balance back in capsul

It's impossible to split caps directly in half buddy. Even if you manage to split the powder the exact composition of each half will never match. Your cap is not all compound powder since it contains filler such as whey, vitimin B, or whatever else they are cutting with these days. Ziggy is right though, you can try to devide the powder and come close and the fact that you are only chopping 1mg caps, it's not all that critical.
