Dave Tate is a beast. I read all of his articles on T Nation.
Hes my idol and almost everything I know technique wise for squat bench and deadlift I learned from jim wendler and dave tate. Going to meet him one of these days
Those are 2 guys I also look up to. Do you use the 5/3/1? If so do you like it and is it effective?
I like jim wendler but I dont like 531 lol. Not enough volume for me. I train using a modified westside style.
