Got the wifey a couple bottles of wine last night. Next thing you know we are going at it. Doing every filthy nasty thing imaginable. Woke up this morning and it feels like I may have aggravated my injury trick fucking! FML I see a few days of meds, ice, and rest in my future...

Always does the trick for my wife LOL ive never torn a bicep tho  maybe pulled a hamstring every now and then
