I thought sciatic nerve pain at first as well, but you described the pain below the knee. Sciatic is usually lower ass, hip sometimes thigh. I mean its not impossible... but as you've said the pain is going away. I'm sure its just from you being a beast and picking up hundreds of pounds.
Is there a different way to lift??
🤣

No...I'm still not familiar with the different oils that are used for making gear. The brewing process is still something I know very little about

Sciatic nerve pain usually emanates from the sciatic notch in the gluteus, the deeper the impingement, the further down the leg the pain will travel, usually to the rear, posterior, of the leg. full impingement would feel as if it is curling around your ankle.

A DVT oft is isolated to the calf muscle causing pain, discomfort, increase in heat and size - have you measured and compared each calf? is there redness and swelling? is there any discolouration?

My advice would be to take 300mg Aspirin and go to an ER. Blood clots can cause PE - Pulmonary Embolisms which then have a less than favourable outcome.

Disclaimer: I am a medical professional however, my comments are informative and not medical advice.

It really seems tho it may be sciatic nerve issues.
There is no swelling and discoloration, nor is there pain and tenderness.
The pain I was getting on my calf has mostly gone away. I still get a strange flushed feeling in my lower leg tho.

If the pain is isolated to the lower leg and not present higher up the leg then I would act with caution. There are other conditions which could be at play and a DVT being the worse case scenario. You have nerves, muscles, tendons and ligaments, all which can cause issues with some "just" needing time, rest and careful adjustment of training regimes whilst others can have a more nefarious and ominous root cause. DVTs can become less of an issue on their own without intervention however, do you want to take that risk?

I appreciate that those members who live in the USA may have issues with their health insurer, co-pay and access to Health-Care-Professionals so here is some light reading:

Just be mindful that any intra muscular injection, any form of medication, especially from UGLs have the potential to have a negative impact and, of course the well known pre-dispositions (age, sex, weight blablabla).

Again - just my educated opinion. You feel ill - 999/911 and ED

Thank you for the insight and wisdom.
Symptoms at this point seem to have cleared up. I've been taking cialis daily to counter polycythemia and when these issues began I have taken aspirin quite often and it seems to have helped.
I really appreciate you being here and thank you for coming in on this issue.
