Being self employed mason ,most deffently has its advantages,, but once the snow flys , forget about it ,, how much can one train without over training know what I mean .. I train , come on site ,, I walk by computer come on site , seems like I live on site I'm always looking for a new topic lmao I just realize how stir crazy I going because I always on site ,, got a few inside jobs next week and weather warming so it'll seem like a ghost then .. One good thing deffently got my knoldge up this winter ,,oh ya and for the record ,I broke the right quad in ,, really not that bad ,, but yesterday I hit front delt ,,, it felt like I got kicked by a horse all last night now today a little sore but fine , another quad and another delt to go , I need them I'm going be running all short ester cyc ,,anymore I'm liking what I see ,,, well bros sorry for burning yours out like I said just realize how stir crazy I got....
