Calves are one of those muscle groups that you must have patients with they take time to grow! Don't get discouraged and keep pounding away at them, they get a lot of besides any workout you give them remember that, thats why they are so tough to get growing because of their fiber make up, they have a super quick recovery time but even at that you shouldn't work them more then 3x a week.
Bump on this too, IFG-1 is the only one that could promote localized growth not steroids but as hayabusa stated theres not enough research to back it up, its all theory right now
