Wassup guys and glad to be a part of a new growing site....some of u may know me from other sites....for those of u that dont I go by Cdaddy7 and I have been working out for 25 years and been in the juice game since I was 17.... I love to help and share my experiences with new guys and vets bc I never had someone to help me really it was all trials by fire and quite a few crash and burns.... I'm always looking for a better way and longevity in this lifestyle....
