Chains - who uses em'?

I love to add incremental resistance or drag to my favorite compound movements. Muscles love to be hit from different angles, at different intensities, different volumes and as our bodies are "perfect systems", have an amazing ability to adapt to the different stimuli. Keep em' guessing by adding chains - obviously heaviest at the end of a movement, forcing that contraction or intentional squeeze. It is lightest at the beginning of the movement, allowing you to start with an explosive power before meeting the incrementally increasing resistance. Besides the physics here, any guy (or gal) using chains in the gym is automatically BAD ASS. Try it out.
