Very easy if you are tired of the "delicious and juicy" checken breast 
so,what I'm doing is:
putting 2000gr of chicken breast to a meat grinder (better electronic one) to get a ground meat
adding 1 zucchini (through the grinder as well) and 1 onion at the same way.
put all the spices that you want (salt,pepper,garlic etc)
mix all together and put everything to the oven for 30 min to a 200 c or 395 f.
you will get a nice and big meatball that tastes much better then a chicken breast
will make some nice big chicken balls eh?
So big chicken balls. Is that like mountain oysters?

Hahahaha man there is no such a thing russian dish for dieting Russian/Ukranian dishes are very tasty but one serving conteins pretty much my weekly catbs and fats intake
