Cruising Question

I am coming to the end of a 12-week cycle of just test-c. I am currently pinning 500 mg/wk. If I wanted to cruise for the next 12 weeks what dose would be recommended?
I've done multiple cycles and always went straight into a 4-week clomid pct two weeks after the last pin.
I am healthy, 40 years old, 5'9" and 205 pounds.

if you start cruising, you're likely going to cruise for the rest of your life, so think if you're ready for this commitment. many start cruising because their natural T levels are lower, or because they do not do very well during PCT.
anyway, to answer your question, the T dosage during the cruise depends on how your body deals with it. I mean, the point of cruising is to keep T levels within range (upper limit). some people only need 50-100mg/week to keep T levels in this range (usually 800-1000 ng/dL), while others need 150-200 mg/week. you need to find your own best.

I totally agree with that statement . You're still at that age where I think you should come off and do a pct. Personally My last big blast was when i was 43 . I ran big doses of tren ,deca ,eq and test . Im talking doing 2 pins of 3cc each pin of gear . I thought I was screwed afterwards but ran a pct for a bit and after a few mos my test levels were at 630 naturally . Wait until you're in your 50s before you do a constant cruise . But the best way to see is get your blood work done after about 4- 6 weeks of pct . If you are in low 200s then you might need to get on a permanent HRT

Thank you for that. I did not consider the long-term commitment. Maybe I just run my PCT instead as my T levels do return to normal and PCT has worked for me.
