I had placed an order with them payed the €15 extra for insurance on my order as a guarantee That I would get my order. Even know the tracking number had marked my order as delivered. I never got my order! Checked with neighbors and wasn’t able to find my order. Placed a complaint with the postoffice. And they claim that they had it delivered. I didn’t get it. Contacted customer service about it and nothing was done in my behalf. Very disappointing! Now I’ve lost my money and got no product.
