I had placed an order with them payed the €15 extra for insurance on my order as a guarantee That I would get my order. Even know the tracking number had marked my order as delivered. I never got my order! Checked with neighbors and wasn’t able to find my order. Placed a complaint with the postoffice. And they claim that they had it delivered. I didn’t get it. Contacted customer service about it and nothing was done in my behalf. Very disappointing! Now I’ve lost my money and got no product.

Hice un pedido en el mes de mayo y estamos en agosto. Pasaron desde que enviaron el paquete al día de hoy 61 días y sigo sin novedades de mi paquete. Llamo a correos y me dicen que no saben que pudo suceder.

En la web de correos aparece como retenido.
Les escribo al servicio post venta de Deus y me hacen esperar y esperar. Ya directamente no responden los correos electrónicos y cuando lo hacían me pedían esperar unos días más. Ya directamente no responden.

Hice varios pedidos y siempre llegaban bien pero este en particular no llega y no va llegar.

Vivo en canarias y ningún pedido demora en llegar dentro de la UE a Canarias más de 30 días.
61 días de espera es inaceptable.
