Beef & eggs.....but powders is unflavored collagen. I can't remember exactly why it's important to maintain a proper methionine to glycine ratio, but I've read that methionine which meats are high in creates a larger need for glycine which collagen provides.....and may have positive effects on cholesterol(there's something to study).....like I said can't 100% remember but collagen or gelatin(same thing) has always been something I consume daily.
Musashi shred chocolate I use as a protein supplement and meal replacement. 30g protein ready mixed as a shake. It's very cheap bought bulk online, about $A3.50 per bottle (no postage if you buy $A150 worth)
For putting on weight.....nothing better than milk and eggs, but Holy Fuck my digestion would be a disaster!
Milk and eggs helped me gain my first 30#......totally natural back then. Can't handle that combo anymore
