We at gymchemist are now under new ownership, we intend on being a lot more active on forums to try and be as close to our customers as possible, we are aware obviously of issues the previous owner hd before he left us to try and fix it all so if you were affected get in touch, we aren't promising any refunds as it wasn't us but we will ensure you are looked after should you place an order,

We offer a one time reship policy, customs letter as proof is needed.
We use stealth packaging to ensure safe pass of customs, so far we have very good success rate even to aus!!
We value ourselves on our customer service, we wont disappear or ignore emails, we will always be polite and as helpful as we possibly can be.
Any problems with any products we will go out of our way to amend the problem.
We take on board all criticism and comments wether it be positive or negative, we understand to build a trusting relationship with our customers this is whats needed.
We accept western union and bitcoin for payments Was well as banktrasfer & Paypal, BTC is the preferred method
