Hi Guys
Firstly thank you to those that have made me feel welcome, since joining. I am messaging one member, but he is very busy, so just looking for some additional support really and guidance
can you advise me please what you think would be a good first cycle - here are my stats as of today . Body fat 13.3 , BMI of 25, Weight 75.6kg, - I have seen a company where to buy some gear from, but not sure if they are legit, and they say try a 4 weeks danabol - their link is here -(CENSORED) they say take for 4 weeks, not sure if this is good or not. I am back at gym 4 -5 days a week now, bulking up , clean bulk at 3500 cals per day, using a test booster called ZMA, and a 1000 cal shake bulk and whey protein from Hench
I have looked at the companies on here, and read their reviews, although I would have to questions them cannot believe that someone joins on one day, buy products and leaves reviews all on the same day, or within 2 days - so I need a few tips on how to look at these companies and I do not believe for one second their reviews are real at all and the companies seem to be scam sites,??? so really need some help guys, you are the experts on this.
I am not a novice and do know what is what and how to safely use the gear (just do not know what to buy and who safely to buy it off), done lots of research and have had mates on it, but never used it myself, due to having to be clean for work, but now I am not subjected to random testing,
I hope you can help and share wisdom,. would love to hear back from anyone that can spare time to mentor me in the right direction.
