Hey I’m new to the community

, I’m 26 been working out for a little over a year and have taken a serious liking to the gym scene and the improvements in my body. I would like to learn more about how to get the most out of my cycle and how to make a good gym schedule(what muscle groups on what day) this is my second cycle and I feel like I didn’t get everything I could have out of my last run

Unfortunately, I doubt someone can give an exact answer to that. Everyone is different, has different goals, different genetics etc. etc. Just have a feeling what works best for you.
what is your goal? why do you mean you could've got more from the previous cycle? what was it like? there are a lot of things to consider
